The development is for seniors, 55 years and older. It is located at 701 N. Nickel Plate adjacent to the Louisville Elementary School. Stone Ridge Village is designed with the Principals of Universal Design, and provides unobtrusive, attractive, and practical living spaces that allow older adults to live independently longer. In addition, the project was designed to meet the strict Green Communities Standards, and will provide an energy efficient, sustainable and healthy environment for its residents.
